Dr. Mangal Prasad Hirachan, originally from Manang, has been serving as a full-time Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon at Manmohan Memorial Medical College and Teaching Hospital (MMTH). He obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree in 2009 A.D. and later pursued his Master of Surgery (MS) in Orthopedics in 2017 A.D. from China.
